6. AI Disclaimer and No Guarantee

The field of Artificial Intelligence is rapidly evolving. ExecMind provides information for educational and strategic purposes only. We do not guarantee that the implementation of AI strategies will result in specific financial or operational outcomes.

AI models can produce "hallucinations" or biased outputs. It is the responsibility of the executive and their organization to validate all AI-generated insights and ensure they comply with local ethical and legal standards.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, EXECMIND SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

In no event shall ExecMind's total liability for all claims related to the services exceed the amount paid by you to ExecMind in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of the City of Toronto, Ontario. You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.
